Richard Brian Ackerman

March 9, 1954 ~ 1981

Funeral services for Richard Brian Ackerman, 27, Highpoint Trailer Park, who was killed Thursday evening in an automobile accident, will be at 3 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Dan O'Daniel of the Faith Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Denver.

Ackerman was born March 9, 1954 in Rapid City, South Dakota. He graduated from Central high school in Aurora, Colorado, in 1971 and Seminole Junior College in 1980. He worked for Rainbo Bread in Enid for the past nine months. He has served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie of the home; one son, Jason of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ackerman of Seminole; four brothers, Robert Bryce, Ronald Bret, Rolland Bert and Rodney Brant Ackerman of Seminole; his grandparents, Mrs. Ruth Ackerman and Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Roscamp and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ladusau-Evans will serve as custodian for those wishing to make memorials to their favorite charity in his memory.
