Earl Thomas Abbott

December 13, 1939 ~ October 16, 2017

Earl T. Abbott, 77, of Independence, Kansas and Alabama, passed away, Monday, October 16, 2017. 

Earl is survived by Linda Abbott of Independence, Kansas, married 43 years.

He had 7 children: Pamela Smith (Norval) of Prattville, AL, Peggy Thomas (James) of Prattville, AL, Earl T. Abbott Jr. (Susan) of Prattville, AL, Kimberly Griggs (Jeff) of Mound Valley, Kansas, Kevin Tubbs of Valley Grande, AL, Amy Oriano (Rene') of San Antonio, Texas, Johnathan Abbott of Independence, Kansas , 18 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews and dear friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Samuel L. & Lurana Ellen Abbott and his brothers and sisters Barney Abbott, Ethel Lee Dooley, Calvin Abbott, Claudaine Gamble.

Earl Abbott, a good man, dependable, honest, trustworthy, hard working, would help anybody, a good daddy who loved his family, and loved Alabama football, Roll Tide. He will always be loved.
