Sandra Denise Miller went home to be with her Savior on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from The Journey Home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the age of 51 years, 7 months, and 15 days.

Sandy was born on October 2, 1966 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Edgar Lee and Claudia Rebecca (Pattison) Crabtree. She received her education in Jay, Ochelata, Pawhuska, and Nowata, Oklahoma.

Sandy was married to Gary Matthew Miller on August 13, 1988 in Bartlesville. To this union three children were born: Grant Matthew, Brian Thomas, and Elizabeth DaLynne. Sandy was a devoted homemaker, and she loved to work with flowers. As a teenager, she worked for Snow’s Flowers in Nowata. In later years, she received CNA and PCA certifications, and worked for A Better Life Homecare, lovingly caring for her patients. Sandy was an active member of the Wesleyan Holiness Alliance church in Bartlesville. She often contributed to the services by singing special songs and giving uplifting testimonies. She also contributed many beautiful floral creations to represent the church for funerals and other occasions.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Matt of Sarcoxie, Missouri; her children, Grant and Christina of Bartlesville, Brian and Chrystal of Bartlesville, DaLynne and Michael of Broken Arrow, and Nicole of Bartlesville; three grandchildren, Logan Matthew Miller, Clinton Thomas Miller, and LaKoda LeAnn Miller, all of Bartlesville; her father and stepmother, Edgar and Beverly Crabtree of Tigard, Oregon and her mother, Becky Hunter of Nowata; two brothers, Marchmont Big Eagle and wife, Tara, of Lenepah, Oklahoma and Jason Crabtree of Phoenix, Arizona; two sisters, Tonya Beach and husband Jason of Portland, Oregon and Tobi Crabtree of Beaverton, Oregon; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Edgar and Helen Crabtree, and her maternal grandparents, Clarence and Gladys Pattison.

Sandy was saved as a 10-year-old girl at the Ochelata Church, where Brother Don Hazelwood was the Pastor, and Brother John Wade was in revival. She wandered away from this experience, but a few years later came back, and was saved again at the Oglesby, Oklahoma Church. Seven months later she was sanctified at the Oglesby Church, and was a faithful servant of Jesus Christ until she departed this life and went to be with him.
