Roberta Jeanette Burke was born, October 24, 1932, in Sharon, Wisconsin to Otto and Ella Brandonburg and passed away from this life on October 6, 2021. She was 88 years old.

Roberta graduated from Sharon High School in 1951. She married Bill Chenoweth in 1954, and following the marriage spent time in Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico where she graduated from nursing school.

In the early sixties, she began her nursing career at Stillwater Hospital. She stayed in the field of nursing until her retirement from Green Valley Nursing Home. Later, Roberta married Don Burke.

Roberta enjoyed riding horses, painting, working with stain glass, and sports. Her favorite teams were the Green Bay Packers and Perry Wrestling. She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church.

Survivors include: her son, Scott Chenoweth and his wife, Sage; grandchildren, Sebastian and Savannah Chenoweth of Perry, OK; and sister, Dorothy Jean Hennig of Beloit, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Jane Young.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, October 8th at Grace Hill Cemetery. Roberta will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery following the service.
