Jeanette Willene Pappan, age 56, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away March 7, 2021 at Mercy Health Center, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Traditional Noon Feast will be held 12 pm Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the Poncan Cultural Center at White Eagle. Burial will be at Cleghorn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601. 
 
Jeanette was born on January 21, 1965 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to William and Phoebe (Damond) Jones. Jeanette grew up in Marland Oklahoma She graduated high school in 1983. She play basketball and was a cheerleader at Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS. Jeanette carried the Olympic torch a few miles though Oklahoma. 
 
Jeanette married Eugene Pappan in 1986.

Survivors include her husband Eugene Pappan of the home, son Eugene Vaughn Pappan, and grandchildren Aiden and Anya Pappan. 
 
Preceding in death were father William Jones, mother Phoebe Headman, sister Kay Jones, and brother Ricky Jones. 
 
Casket bearers will be Lorenzo Talamantes, Samuel Talamantes, Christopher Thomas, Marcos Thomas, Jonathan Simpson, and Steven Simpson.
