Jewell Rebecca (Mayfield) Condley

May 7, 1918 ~ February 13, 2006

Jewell Rebecca Condley, 87, of Muskogee dedicated her life in service to her Lord, her family and her church. On Monday, February 13, 2006, Jesus called her home to receive her just reward.

Jewell was born May 7, 1918 in Mountain Home, AR, the daughter of Lee and Dorothy (Coffey) Mayfield. She grew up and graduated from high school in Bristow, OK. where she met Thurman Condley. They began their 64 year adventure together on March 15, 1941.

The generous loving way Jewell devoted her life taking care of her family and working tirelessly at church exemplified a faithful Christian woman. She never turned down an opportunity to do church work, help with her sons activities or minister to anyone in need.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Thurman of the home; sons & daughters-in-law, Chris & Dana Condley of Muskogee and Gary & Kelly Condley of Norman; five grandchildren; Seth Condley & his wife Rachael, Sarah Milliken & her husband Cameron, Matthew Condley, Tanner Condley and Kelsey Condley; four great grandchildren: Joye & Griffin Condley and Tripp & Teagan Milliken; her church family, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Verene Martin and her brother Lee Mayfield, Jr.

A celebration of Mrs. Condley's life will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Muskogee with Reverend Bill Crow officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery with Seth Condley, Matthew Condley, Kelsey Condley, Tanner Condley, Cameron Milliken and Gavin Wood serving as pallbearers.

The family has entrusted Bradley Family Funeral Service of Muskogee with the arrangements.

Friends may send condolences to the family on the web page www.bradleyfuneralservice.com.
