Harold Eugene Williams

Jan. 19, 1944 ~ April 3, 2012

TAHLEQUAH — Graveside services for Harold Eugene Williams will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2012, at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, under the direction and care of Hart Funeral Home Tahlequah.

Harold Eugene Williams the son of Lloyd and Lillie (Masters) Williams was born Jan. 19, 1944, in Wetumka, and departed this life on April 3, 2012 in Vian, at the age of 68 years, two months, and 15 days.

Gene enjoyed life. He loved to fish, and every chance he had he enjoyed hitting the casino. He loved the time he got to spend with his granddaughter, and enjoyed all the family gatherings when everyone would get together and sing and just have a good time.

Gene touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Beverly Williams; three brothers, Gerald Williams, David Williams and George Williams; and four sisters Pat Parris, Annie Orsburn, Joyce Basquez and Louise Choate.

He is survived by his children, Jerri Rodgers and husband Terry Choate, David Lee Rodgers, and Regina Lynn Ford and husband Leroy, all of Gore, and Gina Campbell of Keys; sister, Laverne Julian, and brother, Bud Williams, both of Tahlequah; a granddaughter, Ashley Ann Jones; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
