Nicketa Caroline (Johnson) Nevils
March 2, 1956 ~ September 25, 2021

Nicketa Caroline Nevils (Johnson) was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on March 2, 1956. She was the first born to Nathaniel and Levoter Johnson (Gunter).

Nicketa attended Cleveland Elementary school, McKinley Middle School, Roosevelt Junior High, and Field Kindley Memorial High school. She attended First Church of God in Christ as child and served under Pastor John Watson.

Nicketa was preceded in death by her father, Nathaniel Johnson, and mother, Levoter (Billie) Johnson, brother Waylon Lee Johnson, Husband Reverend James Nevils, son Clint Johnson.

She is survived by one brother Nathaniel Johnson Jr of Kansas City, MO and four sisters Susan Stephens, Lorna Doyle, Levoter J. Johnson, and Angie
Johnson of Tulsa, Ok.

She also leaves to cherish her memory four children, one son James Nevils Jr (Niquila) of Kansas City, Mo., 3 daughters Nicole Johnson of Wichita, KS, Myrisha Nevils of Bartlesville, Ok, and Leann Nevils of Valley Center, also a host of grandchildren 11, nieces, and nephews.
