Joan (Fourkiller) McLemore

December 16, 1927 - February 19, 2006

Joan "Fourkiller" McLemore was born December 16, 1927 in Stilwell, OK., to Judge Fourkiller and Nannie Shell Fourkiller.

She passed from this life February 19, 2006 surrounded by loved ones at the age of 79 years, 2 months and 3 days.

She was preceded in death by her parents Judge Fourkiller and Nannie Shell Fourkiller; her husband Rev. Sanders McLemore; daughter Patricia Ann Gray; three brothers Billy Fourkiller, James Fourkiller and Commodore “Red” Fourkiller; three sisters Johnann Wolfe, Florence Hummingbird, and Marie Wilson.

Joan leaves behind a son Judge Wayne Gray and wife Winona of Watts; grandchildren Keith Gray and Heather, Keifer, Skylar of Siloam Springs, Ark., Tim and Sonya Webster and Steve of Watts, Dwain and Kim Asbill, Kairee, Cody, Kristen and Taylor of Watts, Michael and Sherry Riggs, DJ, Colton, Kyla, Ashlyn and Clayton of Siloam Springs; Heath and Paula Waldrop, Trent, Haley, Chelsea, Taylor and Tyler of Siloam Springs; Randy and Amy Hyle, Jorga, Judge Wayne of Prairie Grove, Ark.

Services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Reed-Culver Funeral Home at Tahlequah.

Burial will follow at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
