Sharan Kay Harper was born July 29, 1947 in Tulsa the daughter of Harold Warren and Lila Louise (Barney) Miller. She passed from this life on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at her Tulsa residence at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 23 days.
Sharan was a graduate of Daniel Webster High School. She enjoyed doing ceramics, painting, cooking, baking, reading, genealogy, spending time with her grandchildren and fishing with her husband.
Sharan was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Jimmy Lee Harper; son, Kenneth Lee Harper; granddaughter, Kristen Harper and a brother, Jerry Miller.
Her survivors include daughter, Melissa Harper and husband, David Friend of Tulsa; and grandchildren, Devin Harper of Catoosa, Emily Workman of Tulsa, Elaina Workman of Tulsa and Victoria Harper of Broken Arrow.
Sharan will be laid to rest along side her husband, Jimmy, at a private committal service in Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
