November 18, 1925 ~ March 3, 1995

Services for Clemente P. Gurko were held Wednesday, March 8, 1995 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery. Services were under the direction of John Ireland Funeral Home Chapel of Moore.

He was born November 18, 1925 at Plymouth Pennsylvania and passed away March 3, 1995.

Clement was a World War ll veteran who was recalled for the Berlin Blockade.

He resided in Santa Maria California before moving to Oklahoma . There he worked with the Literacy Council, was an ambassador for their chamber of commerce, and also a counselor for Small Business Administration for many years. He was also a professional photographer and retired hospital administrator,

Survivors include his wife, Barbara of their home in Morrison; a daughter Lisa Evans of San Diego, California; a son, Alan "Rea" Gurko of Seattle, Washington; a step daughter, Lori Eigenmann of Santa Maria, California; three step sons, John Rogers of Oklahoma City, Dan Blocker of Santa Maria, California, and Steve Blocker of Norman and 13 grandchildren.
