Rita Carol Rackley Hartsell, a resident of Sulphur was born August 4, 1949 in Sulphur, OK to Richard T & Mary Lou (Hoffman) Castleberry.

She passed away April 20, 2020 at Sulphur, OK at the age of 70 years 8 months and 16 days

Rita left school at an early age but went on to get her GED.. She worked at the Pauls Valley State School until she retired. After her retirement she ran Rita's Jewelry and Pawn Shop with her son Beau Nelson for many years. She was married to William Hartsell on November 18, 2014. She was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her only son: Daniel "Beau" Nelson.

Survived by her Husband: William Hartsell, of Sulphur, OK Brothers: Rick Castleberry, of Sulphur, OK and Steve Castleberry & wife Jennifer, of Sulphur, OK; Sister: Patsy Hook & husband Bob of Mill Creek, OK; Several nieces & nephews. And many friends

Private Services will be held Wednesday April 22, 2020 at 10:00AM

Graveside at Oaklawn Cemetery officiated by Rev. Lance Bonner. Attendees limited to 10 people.

Live streaming of the service will be on the DeArman Funeral Home Facebook page. (when we go live it will tell you).

Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home
