John Paul "JP" Lawrence, a resident of Sulphur was born December 2, 1977
in Sulphur, Oklahoma to John W & Barbara (Walker) Lawrence.

He passed away Saturday August 8, 2020 at Sulphur, OK at the age of 42 years 8 months and 6 days.

He had lived in the Sulphur area most of his life. JP attended Sulphur schools. JP had worked for Walker Tires and Kerr Pump. He later worked as a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his father John W. Lawrence, Brother: Christopher Lawrence, and grandparents.

Survived by his Mother & step-father: Barbara Lanter & Wally, of Davis, OK Sister & Brother-in-law: Christy Deen & Brent, of Davis, OK Grandmother: Rejah Walker, of Sulphur, OK Niece & Nephew: Lauren & Brecken Deen, of Davis, OK numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00pm Thursday August 13 at DeArman Funeral Home in Sulphur.

Services will be held Friday August 14, 2020 at 10:00AM Graveside at Dougherty Cemetery officiated by Rev Wayne Knight. Burial will be at Dougherty Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home
