SCHNEIDER, ROSALIE (EHRLICH) 1919-2003
Rosalie (Ehrlich) Schneider was born December 14th, 1919 on a farm in Hitchcock, Blaine County, Oklahoma, to Jake and Rachel Ehrlich and passed away Monday, January 27th, 2003 at the age of 83. She was married to Monroe Schneider on December 24th, 1937 and they made their home on a farm near Loyal, Oklahoma. Rosalie and Monroe spent many winters in South Texas and made lots of friends there. Rosalie was a member of the East Cooper SDA Church and later the Okeene, Ok. SDA Church. She played the piano and the organ and was the choir director for many years in both churches. She enjoyed helping Monroe on the farm and was known in the community for her ability to teach piano and organ. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one son Don Schneider. She is survived by her husband Monroe Schneider of Loyal, Oklahoma; one son Larry and wife Nancy Schneider of Chicago, Illinois; one daughter-in-law, Harolene Schneider of Oklahoma City, OK.; four grandchildren, Dawn and husband Rob Roy of Orlando, FL.; Cherrise and husband Orton Varona of Dallas, TX.; John Charles Schneider of Chicago, IL.; and Michelle Kincaid of Keene, TX.; two great grandchildren, Alex Roy of Orland, FL; and Audrey Varona of Dallas, TX; one brother, Melvin and his wife Marie Ehrlich of Seminole, OK. As well as numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services were held Friday, January 31st, 2003 at the Okeene Seventh Day Adventist Church with Rev. Henry Reid officiating. Burial followed at the East Cooper Cemetery in Loyal, OK, with Wilkinson Mortuary of Okeene, Ok., in charge of arrangements. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 3ABN, P. O.
