IN MEMORY OF EDITH OGLE 1897-1981
Edith Ogle, 83, died in the Kingfisher Hospital on Monday morning, May 18th, 1981. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 20th, 1981 in the United Methodist Church, Kingfisher, Oklahoma, with the Rev. W. D. Gilbert and the Rev. Phil A. Ware officiating. Burial was in Forest Home Cemetery, Loyal, Oklahoma with Cordry & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ogle was born December 24th, 1897 in Loyal, Oklahoma, grew up and lived in that area until 1967, when they moved to Kingfisher. She was a member of the Kingfisher United Methodist Church. Survivors include five daughters: Beulah Crist, Lois Wiese and Evelyn Svoboda, all of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; Mary Lorenz of Loyal, Oklahoma; and Dona Roberts of Dover, Oklahoma; two sons: Harold of Yukon, Oklahoma; and Jack of Loyal, Oklahoma; three sisters, Neva and Erma McAllister, both of Loyal, Oklahoma; and Verla Crist of Yukon, Oklahoma; one brother, Floyd Glazier of Kingfisher,; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband on February 8th, 1974 and one son, Francis. The family has suggested that memorials be made to the Kingfisher Hospital Memorial Fund.
