Headlines - GEORGE KLINE MYSTERY SOLVED - George Kline of Okeene, was last seen at Wichita, Kansas July 26th, 1927. The charred remains of a man was discovered August 21st, a short distance from Newton, Kansas. Identification was made by the buttons on the overalls, button off of flap of checkbook, part of pocket book, and two dentists who identified some of the gold teeth that they put in a few years ago. Making the identification as near complete as it ever could be. No one else has been able to find any clues to the motive of the murder, or was it high-jackers. From all appearances, it looked like some one wanted revenge. A piece of tied barbed wire was found near the location of the feet and an oil can with the spout melted off, might have contained oil for starting the fire. No one has been arrested yet but something may turn up any minute to throw suspicion on someone. As printed in "the HITCHCOCK CLARIN" paper, Hitchcock, Blaine County, Oklahoma, Thursday, August 25, 1927.
