IN MEMORY OF JAMES SHERWOOD FANMAN 1959-1981
James Sherwood Fanman, 21, died Saturday, April 25th, 1981, in an automobile accident near Seiling, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 30th, 1981 in the Canton Community Center with the Rev. Max Malone officiating. Burial was in Cantonment Cemetery under direction of Haigler funeral Home. Fanman was born August 31st, 1959 at Clinton, Oklahoma. He graduated from Canton High School in 1977 and then attended Panhandle A&M College for one year. Survivors include his parents, Mr. & Mrs. David Fanman, Sr. of Seiling, Oklahoma; four sisters: Linda Fanman of Phoenix, Arizona; and Janice Faye, Rosanna, and Beulah Fanman, all of Seiling; and two brothers: David Fanman, Jr., Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; and Malcolm Fanman, Seiling, Oklahoma.
