EMMERT, PAULINE (GREB) 1893-1990
The funeral for Pauline Emmert, 96, who died Wednesday, February 21st, 1990 at Okeene Hospital were held Saturday, February 24th, 1990 at the Okeene Zion Baptist Church. The Rev. Monty Michaelson officiated at the service. Burial was in the Bierig Cemetery under the direction of Wilkinson Mortuary. She was born December 30th, 1893 in Marion, Kansas to Fred and Mary (Buxman) Greb and moved as a young child with the family to Isabella. She lived in the Okeene and Isabella areas all of her life and attended country schools. She and Frank Emmert were married June 1st, 1918. She was a farm housewife and a member of the Zion Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter: Ruth Schafer of Okeene, Oklahoma; one brother: Sam Greb of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one sister: Edvina Laubach of Okeene, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
