ERLICH, LOUISE (HAFFNER) 1889-1981
COLLEGE PLACE - Louise Erlich, 91, of 415 S.E. Date Ave. died Saturday (3/14/1981) at Walla Walla General Hospital. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Monday at Colonial-Dewitt Funeral Home with Elder Victor Rice officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the Cancer Fund or the Voice of Prophecy through Colonial-DeWitt. Mrs. Erlich was born on June 15, 1889, to G. F. and Katie Haffner in Lehigh, Kansas. She received her education in Oklahoma. She married Alex Ehrlich in 1907 in Oklahoma. They lived in Kansas, Idaho, and Colfax before moving to Walla-Walla in 1945. Mrs. Ehrlich was a member of College Place Seventh-day Adventist Church. She is survived by two sisters; Anna Wendt of Baker and Goldie Scott of Redmond; one brother, Dr. Wesley Haffner of Eugene; a nephew, Eugene Winter of College Place and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Carl Haffner of College Place.
