Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Bierig, 70, who died October 29, 1979, in her home, were November 1st, 1979 in the First United Methodist Church, Rev. Hugh Willoby officiated. Mrs. Bierig was buried in the Isabella Cemetery. Mrs. Bierig was born July 16th, 1909, in Springfield, Texas. She was married to Solomon Bierig April 3rd, 1926 at Isabella, Oklahoma. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bierig is survived by four sons: Warren of Okeene, Oklahoma; Richard of Longdale, Oklahoma; Bruce of Wichita, Kansas; and Vernon of Stillwater, Oklahoma; two daughters: Mrs. Harrison (Jewell) Becker of Okeene, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Dennis (Ilene) Doughty of Houston, Texas; a brother, Edson Fuller of Isabella, Oklahoma; three sisters: Mrs. Beatrice Reames and Mrs. Naomi Chase, both of Isabella, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Helen Reames of Fairview, Oklahoma; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
