Mrs. J.M. BYRUM, age 48, a well known and respected lady of this city died at 1 o'clock Thursday morning after a brief illness.
Mrs. BYRUM suffered a stroke of paralysis some two years ago and has been in failing health since that time.
The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Pentecostal church and the body laid to rest in the city cemetery.
She is survived by her husband and seven children. The family have the sympathy of the entire community.
