Andy Lee Madden, age 66 of Purcell, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 9, 2026.

Born December 20, 1959 in Norman, OK, 1 of 6 children born to Andrew Phillip Madden and Lorene Marie (Rollins) Madden. He grew up hauling hay with his dad and brothers, and later with his boys.

On September 25, 1981, he married Tina Diana Husk. Together they raised three boys, Johnathan, Joshua and Nicholas.

He worked in construction and as a welder for several years. Andy then started Andy & Sons Service, cutting and baling hay with his boys and later transitioned to dirt work and construction. Andy’s heart was always on the farm. He loved working cattle and pushing dirt.

His favorite times were spent with his boys and his grandchildren. Andy was his own person, and always stayed true to himself. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a true friend. He will be dearly missed!

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Andrew and Lorene and his wife, Tina Madden.

Andy is survived by: his boys, Johnathan Madden and wife Cassaree of Lindsay, Joshua Madden of Maysville and Nicholas Madden and wife Kayla of Wayne; Siblings, Richard Madden and wife Brenda of Purcell, Laquetta McGaha and husband Tommy of Purcell, Carolyn Miller and husband Al of Purcell, Phillip Madden of Wanette and Nathan Madden and wife Misty of Purcell; his pride and joy, grandchildren, Conner Madden, Taylor Madden, Kinsley Madden, Silas Mayhan, Paige Mayhan and Sofia Mayhan, and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Washington Cemetery.
