Ruby Deaver, age 62 of Washington, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at the Norman Regional Healthplex.

Ruby Ann Beller was born January 23, 1963 in Marion, OH, 1 of 6 children born to Robert Luther Beller and Mary June (Blalock) Beller. She was raised in Washington and attended school there, graduating with the Warriors Class of 1981.

She married Kevin Phillip Deaver, and together they raised three daughters, Monica, Megan and Stacy.

Ruby worked for the FAA at the Airport Call Center for 19 years.

Her greatest joy was being a wife and mother, and she set the standard for her girls. Ruby was a great cook and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. She enjoyed fishing, arts and crafts and tending to her garden. Ruby had a gift for ministry, helping people and serving others.

Ruby was a woman of great faith and a member of Landmark Church in Purcell. She loved worship and was a fierce prayer warrior who you could always count on.

She cherished Kevin, her girls and was never happier than the day she became Grandma Ruby. She will be dearly missed!

She was preceded in death by: her father, Robert Luther Beller and brothers, Harold Paul Beller, Leroy Beller and Rodney Beller.

Ruby is survived by: her husband Kevin of the home; daughters, Monica Thompson and husband Kevin of Blanchard, Megan States and husband Chris of Blanchard and Stacy Bombardiere and husband Nick of Blanchard; her mother, June Beller of Washington; brother Mike Beller and wife Theresa of Goldsby, sister Vickie Belvin and husband Audey of Washington; her pride and joy, grandchildren, Jaden Bettis and fiancé Madison, Macy Bettis, Cooper, Cash and Presley States and Bellah and Colton Bombardiere; great grandson, Stetson Bettis; several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Landmark Church in Purcell. Burial will follow at the Washington Cemetery.
