Gracie Gertrude Madded was born to John Ezekiel and Canorious (Bottome) Madden on June 9, 1913 in Arkansas.
Gracie and Joel James Andrews were married on November 5, 1935 in McClain Co., OK.
Gracie died on June 30, 1984 in Washington, McClain, OK at the age of 71 and was buried in Washington Cemetery.

Joel “Wolf” Andrews, age 91 of Washington, passed away Friday September 28, 2012 at his home.
Joel James Andrews was born June 15, 1921 in Washington, OK, the 7th of 10 children born to Lemuel Jasper Andrews and Maud Isabelle (Walden) Andrews.
He grew up in Washington began working as a young man on the family farm. Joel loved hunting and especially hunting for wolves and coons. And his love for wolf hunting earned him the nickname, Wolf.
Wolf married Gracie Gertrude Madden and together they raised 10 children.
Joel spent his entire life farming. He was a hard worker and a great provider for his family. He loved his family and never missed an opportunity to play dominos. Wolf always loved watching his Washington Warriors and hardly ever missed a football or softball game. He greatly enjoyed walking around the school and visiting with everyone. He will be truly missed.
He was preceded in death by:His wife, Gracie Andrews; His parents, Lemuel and Maud Andrews; His daughter, Evelene Price; Infant son, James Joel Andrews; Brothers, Bert, Paul, Neil, Glen, Hosea and Jasper Andrews and Sisters, Faye Madden and Coy Hyde and Grandchildren, Patricia Ann Akerman, Kenneth Waye Akerman, Steven George Albert, Jimmie Don Edwards, Dennis Beller and Alicia Nicole Madden.
Wolf leaves behind: 3 sons, Albert Andrews and wife Doris of Purcell, Carl Andrews and wife Betty of Purcell and Gene Andrews of Washington; 6 Daughters, Juanita Worley and husband Dale of Blanchard, Millie Albert and husband Frank of Washington, Birdie Akerman and husband Ben of Blanchard, Florence Beller and husband Rayford of Washington, Laurie Pfannenstiel of Lexington and Merlene Lile and husband Gary of Dibble; 1 brother, Aaron Andrews of Washington; 42 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 76 great great grandchildren and Many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday October 1, 2012, at the Washington Cemetery.
