Michael Shane VanValkenburg Obit

Michael Shane VanValkenburg passed away on 07 Jun 2015. He was born to Tim and Christine (Canaday) Van Valkenburg on 18 Jul 1991 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Michael went to Metro-Tech after high school and graduated in construction. Michael was fun loving and always smiling and loved to go to family gatherings. He loved his Aunt Paula's deviled eggs. Mike loved boating, camping and going fishing with his dad and looking after his mom.

He is survived by his parents and brother Daniel. His grandparents, Jim and Sandra Canaday along with his grandmother Vivian Colley along with his many uncles, aunts, cousins and numerous friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, 12 June 2015 at the First Pentecostal Church of God, located at 301 SE 62nd in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Interment was at Newcastle Cemetery in Newcastle, OK.
