Heath Allen Pope died June 10, 2015 in Wayne, Oklahoma at the age of 36 years 29 days.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Wadley’s Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow at Hopping Cemetery under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Heath was born May 12, 1979 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Pat Pope and Sherry Jean (Murray) Prader. He was raised in Noble, graduating in 1998. Heath continued his education at OSU. Heath played football in high school and then wheelchair basketball in college. He was a huge sports fan, especially OU Football. For the last 14 years, Heath’s dog Barkley was his favorite companion. Heath also enjoyed hunting deer with his dad and papa, going to the lake, tubing, and cooking out with family and friends. He also enjoyed going target shooting and four wheeling with his friends at his uncle's farm. Heath was a history enthusiast and loved watching the History Channel. He was a member of the Wayne Church of Christ.

Heath is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Catherine Pope; uncle Dale Pope.

Survivors include his parents; Sherry and Jim Prader, Pat and MariAnn Pope; sister, Kelly Brooke Deveraux and husband, William Jr. and their daughter, Madilyn Brooke of Purcell; step siblings, Jimmy Rupp and partner, Tommy Matthews of Oklahoma City, Rachelle Worley and husband, Tommy of Purcell, Katie Anderson of Crystal Lake, Illinois, McKenzie Prader of Wayne, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents, Gene and Elaine Murray; aunts & uncles, Brenda Pope, Karen Burris and husband, John, Patti Mottinger and husband, Larry, Glen Murray and wife, Donna; cousins, Chad Pope, Niki Cheatham, April Click, John Burris II, Amber Clingman, Larryn Mottinger, Jennifer Daugherty, Angela Dansby, Callie Jo Ray; and many other relatives and friends.
