Patsy Carolyn Argo Jourdan age 72 of Purcell passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at her home in Purcell. She was born November 30, 1940 in Hollis, OK. She was the oldest of two children born to Alfred Dixon Argo and Mary Louise (Longley) Argo. Patsy grew up in Purcell and graduated from Purcell High School with the class of 1959. Patsy lived most of her life in Purcell where she raised two daughters, Kim and Lorrie. While her children were growing up she worked at various jobs to support her family. For several years she owned and operated a daycare in Purcell called “Granny’s House”. She later worked for Health Back Home Health and worked there until she retired. Patsy loved her family and especially her grandchildren who nicknamed her “Honey”. Throughout her life, she enjoyed working with arts and craft and watching sports. She was an avid college basketball and football fan. And most recently she enjoyed watching the OKC Thunder.

She was preceded in death by: Father: Al Argo,

She is survived by: Mother: Louise Argo of Purcell, Daughters: Kim Roberts and husband Donny of Purcell, Lorrie Curcio and husband Louis of Fredericksburg, VA, One brother: Ron Argo and wife Linda of Norman, 5 grandchildren: Damian Reinhold and wife Leslie of Noble, January Carroll and husband Nick of GA, Derrick Dobbins and wife Kendra of Purcell, Sondra Curcio and husband William of VA, Michele Curcio of GA, 13 great grandchildren, one nephew: Brett Argo of Norman, two aunts: Lavena Burns and Faye Plew, And many loving friends

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, July 12, 2013 at Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
