Elizabeth Ann Warren, 71, of Blanchard, died Friday, January 31, 2014 in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Joseph Jackson and Ruth (Marlow) Warren, she was born June 22, 1942 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Elizabeth graduated from Mustang High School in 1960 and worked for many years as a receptionist until her retirement. She was a member of Gateway Tabernacle in Wheatland. She was very active in church, playing the piano and teaching Sunday School for many years. Elizabeth loved working with children and touched many young lives throughout the years. In her spare time, she enjoyed country and western dancing and taking part in the many activities of the Blanchard Senior Citizen’s Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, and infant daughter, a sister, Lawanna Roberta Jo Warren, and a niece, Pamela Hopkins Triffet.

Elizabeth is survived by one daughter, Kim Kirby of Mustang and her fiance’, Samuel Youngs of Oklahoma City; one son, Danny Kirby and Anita Martin of El Reno; five grandchildren, Kaylee Schmitz and husband, Nathan, of Nevada, Kyle Sanderson of Mustang, Tiffany Youngs of Illinois, Daniel Joseph Kirby of El Reno, and Mackenzie Martin of El Reno; three sisters, Myrtle O’Bryant and husband, Gene, of Guthrie, Linda Hopkins and husband, Charlie, of Dibble, and Rhonda Chester and husband, T.J., of Tuttle; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Interment will follow in the Dibble Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
