Jack Lakey Mize, 60, died Sept. 30, 2005. He was born July 16, 1945 in Purcell, the son of Frank and Allene (Lakey) Mize.
Mr. Mize was a residential carpenter by trade and a member of the Midway Southern Baptist Church in Dibble.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank A. Mize and two grandchildren, Jordan Anderson and Jacob Anderson.
Survivors include one daughter, Deanna Shelton of Norman; two sons, Tommy Mize and his wife, Jennifer, and Clay Mize, all of Dibble; four grandchildren; two brothers, Rex Mize of Florida and Harold Lee Welker of Arkansas and one sister, Carolyn Sue of Norman.
