Gordon Wayne Payne of Byars, Oklahoma was born March 13, 1956 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Roy Gordon Payne and Mildred Lee (Stubblefield) Payne.

He passed away at his home in Byars surrounded by his family at the age of 63 years 8 months and 3 days.

He worked in retail supply sales and he was a Riverwind Housekeeping Supervisor. He has lived in the Byars area for the past 40 years.

Preceded by: one son; Robert Wayne Payne, two sisters Roylene Dean and Sylvia Orr.

Survived by: one son; Steven Payne & wife Miranda of the home. 9 grandchildren, two sisters; Betrice Summers of Dustin, OK. and Ann Caldwell of Valliant, OK.

Pallbearers: Mark Rogers, Mike Rogers, Brandon Rogers, Danny Richardson, Lucas Yarbrough, Kalob Payne, and Payton Payne.

Honorary Pallbearers: Wayne Louis Payne, Steven Hudson Payne, Doug Sheperd and Tim Garoutte.

Services: 1:00 PM Thursday November 21, 2019 at DeArman/Pickard Chapel Stratford, OK. Officiating: Bo Cail.
