Karalea Ann Wallin, 49, of Midwest City, died Monday, June 23, 2014 in Midwest City. The daughter of Gregory High Wallin and Starr Elizabeth (DeLorenzo) Rauliuk, she was born September 24, 1964 in Denver, Colorado. She grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Putnam City High School in 1982. She then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Southern Nazarene University. Kara worked as a management coordinator for Sutter Healthcare in California before moving back to Oklahoma. She was a Catholic in faith. She was very interested in genealogy and was quite the history buff. She was especially interested in English history and World War II. In her spare time, Kara enjoyed cross-stitch and was quite skilled at it.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Kara is survived by her mother, Starr Rauliuk and her husband, Bill, of El Reno; her father, Greg Wallin of Midwest City; one brother, Rusty Wallin and his wife, Shelia, of Bridge Creek; a stepsister, Linda Tzupa of Canada; two stepbrothers, Robert Rauliuk of Hawaii, and John Rauliuk of Washington; a nephew, Justin Dillon of Middleberg; several step-nieces and step-nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.

Graveside service and burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 27, 2014, at the Blanchard Cemetery in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
