Debra Ann Smith, 60, of Sherman, Texas, died Thursday, July 11, 2019, in Corsicana, Texas. The daughter of Paul Dean McSmith and Yoko (Oshima) McSmith, she was born October 29, 1958 in Sparta, Illinois.

She worked for many years as a claims associate for Cigna Insurance and attended Fairview Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas. In her spare time, she enjoyed driving around on country roads, going to the casino, and painting ceramics. Her greatest enjoyment was being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her three daughters, Katie Smith, Krystal and Daniel Twente, and Kacie Smith, all of Texas; her mother, Yoko McSmith, of Oklahoma City; her companion, Donald Prator, of Texas; three grandchildren, Kenneth Simmons, Jesse Twente, and Jennifer Twente; one brother, James McSmith, of Oklahoma City; one niece, Sara McSmith, of New Hampshire; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard.

Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
