Phyllis Ann (McBride)??Rich, 81, of Blanchard, died Saturday, August 3, 2019, at her home. The daughter of James Bennett McBride and Rosena Grace (Miller) Cuda, she was born April 25, 1938, in Duncan, Oklahoma.

She married Thomas Joe Rich on December 21, 1955 in Blanchard. She was a member of the Blanchard First United Methodist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, needlework, and quilting. Phyllis loved being on the farm and spending time with her dogs, who she dearly loved. She was a great cook and everyone always loved her mashed potatoes. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe Rich.

Phyllis is survived by two daughters, Jo Underwood and husband, Calvin, of Blanchard, and Denise Boothe of Blanchard; one son, Tom Rich of Blanchard; four grandchildren, Chris Underwood of Blanchard, Cali Underwood of Norman, Kami Boothe of Ozark, Missouri, and Tyler Boothe of Ozark, Missouri; three great grandchildren, Megan Johnson, Erich Farmer, and Dustin Farmer; a brother-in-law, Robert Rich of Blanchard; and many other loved ones and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 9, 2019, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard.

Burial of her cremated remains will take place in the Blanchard Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
