Brantley Lane Jacobs, 3, of Blanchard, died Saturday, December 26, 2015, in Oklahoma City. The son of David Clayton Jacobs and Haleigh Nicole Cooley, he was born December 29, 2011, in Oklahoma City.

Brantley loved Transformers and superheroes, especially Spiderman, Batman, Ironman, and Superman. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his brothers and sister. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In spite of the difficulties with his health, Brantley remained a happy child and had a smile that would brighten any room. He was looking forward to his birthday and wanted a superhero birthday party. In honor of his love for superheroes, his family requests that you wear your favorite superhero shirt to his funeral.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Donald Rolen, and Gene and Jan Jacobs.

Brantley is survived by his mother, Haleigh Cooley of Blanchard; his father, David Jacobs of Blanchard; one sister, Kenzie Sullivan of Blanchard; four brothers, Braydon Jacobs of Blanchard, Aaron Jacobs of Norman, Thomas Jacobs of Blanchard, and Caleb Jacobs of Midland, Texas; his grandparents, Debbie Rolen of Blanchard, Danny Cooley of Bridge Creek, and Becki and George Rudd of Crescent; his great grandparents, Wanda Rolen of Blanchard, and Deloris and Chuck Chalupa of Yukon; one aunt, Jennifer Cooley of Blanchard; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 31, 2015, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
