Oleeta June Hayes, 77, of Moore, died Saturday, June 24, 2017, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of John William Terrell and Margareta Anna (Wirges) Terrell, she was born November 1, 1939 in Blanchard. 

Oleeta worked for many years as a Property Manager. She was Church of Christ in faith. In her spare time, Oleeta volunteered for the Women’s Resource Center in Norman and enjoyed gardening, collecting dolls and angels. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil Hayes; one brother, Bill Terrell; three sisters, Annie Terrell, Margie Marra, and Katie Cothran. 

Oleeta is survived by two sons, Tony Hayes and his wife, Sheila, of Moore and John Hayes and his wife, Laura, of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren, Amber, Jessica, Jeff, Justin, Brandon, and Chelsea; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Mileski, of Texas; a sister-in-law, Mary Terrell, of Norman; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends. 

Graveside funeral service and burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 29, 2017, in the Blanchard Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
