Peggy Jo Chadwick, 68, of Blanchard, died Sunday, March 5, 2017, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of A.L. Holland and Paulyne Maggie (Mandrell) Holland, she was born March 4, 1949 in Hobart, Oklahoma.

She married Edward Albert Chadwick on December 19, 1975 in Oklahoma City. They started a family in Midwest City, before moving to Blanchard in 1986. Peggy was a homemaker and was a member of Grand Boulevard Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.

In her spare time, she enjoyed watching sports on TV, reading, gardening, and cooking. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, A.L. Holland, and Maggie and Thurman Skaggs; her husband, Edward Chadwick; one son, Robert Chadwick; and one brother, Arthur L. Holland.

She is survived by two daughters, Carin Chadwick of Blanchard and Amy Chadwick-Smith and her husband, Michael, of Middleberg; one son, Frank Strange and his wife, Brandie, of Newcastle; seven grandchildren, Emma Strange, Grace Strange, Claire Strange, Meredith Strange, Jonathan Smith, Luke Smith, and Abigail Smith; cousins, who were more like siblings, John and Cricket Holland of Marlow, Hettie Mae and David Ditmore of Marlow, and Linda and Buddy Jackson of Broken Arrow; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., March 9, 2017 at Grand Boulevard Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
