Braden Lee Bush, 21, of Blanchard, died Friday, June 16, 2017, in McPherson, Kansas. The son of Ara Lee “Rumpy” Bush and Tiffany Rachelle (Wood) Bush, he was born August 1, 1995, in Norman, Oklahoma. Braden was a 2014 graduate of Blanchard High School and was currently enrolled at McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas where he played on the football team.

Braden was a charismatic young man who was adored by everyone. He loved to have a good time and was always making others laugh. Braden loved music, and enjoyed singing, rapping and beatboxing with his group, Naughty Money Family. He loved to dance and was always entertaining everyone he met with his crazy dance moves. Braden was a standout athlete and played on the Blanchard High School State Championship football team. Braden was happiest when he was spending time with his family and friends. He had a smile that would light up a room and a personality that everyone was drawn to. His absence will leave a void that will never be filled.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Tony Wilkins and Mervin Bush, Sr; and great grandparents, Roy and Jewell Wood, Nell Smith, and Grandma Lathan.

Braden is survived by his parents, Rumpy and Tiffany Bush of Blanchard; two sisters, Bre-Ann Bush of Blanchard and Bethany Bush of Blanchard; two brothers, Stephan Davis of Pennsylvania, and Marqueal Bush of Oklahoma City; the love of his life, Cierra Logan of Washington; his son who is due in November, Braden Lee Bush, Jr.; his grandmothers, Karen “The MiMi” Wood of Blanchard, Connie Wilkins of Ratliff City, and Louise Buycks of Blanchard; his great grandfather, Billy Paul Smith of Ratliff City; aunts and uncles, Shannon and Rick Landree, and Berkley of Texas, Toby and Emily Wilkins, and Carter and Colten of Louisiana, Charmetira and Travis Davis, and children of Kansas; great aunt and uncle, Debbie and Donnie Smith of Ninnekah; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 24, 2017, at the Blanchard High School Gymnasium.

Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
