Roger Leon Couch, born on May 4, 1961, in Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the age of 64, at his home. Roger was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose life was marked by unwavering dedication to his family and community.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Couch of Muskogee, OK; brothers, Tommy Couch, Jerry Couch, and JD Couch with his wife Lucinda of Pryor, OK; sister, Doyleen Wright; grandson, Levi Baker; Mother-in-law, JoAnn Douglas of Pryor, OK and brother and sister-in-law, Philip and Alethea Douglas of Pryor, Ok. His profound love for his family is reflected in the memories they cherish and the legacy he leaves behind.

Roger was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lorri Annette; parents, Doyle and Mary Jo (Houdyshell) Couch; and father-in-law, Richard Douglas. His passing leaves a significant void in the hearts of his loved ones and all who knew him.

A man of great character, Roger had a passion for helping others. He was always willing to lend a hand to those in need, often finding joy in solving problems for his friends and family. His hobbies included working on tractors, which he enjoyed dearly, and he had a keen interest in firearms. He was known for his practical skills and enjoyed fixing things around him, often finding satisfaction in the simple pleasures of life.

Roger Leon Couch will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and the many lives he touched throughout his life. His spirit will endure in the hearts of those who loved him.

Funeral services for Roger will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2026, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. A book signing will be available from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Shipman's Funeral Home.
