November 22, 1935 - May 31, 2025

Dale Ray Kemper, 89 of 802 Russell Loop Road, Prospect Hill, NC went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the comfort of his home.

Dale was born on November 22, 1935, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Raymond Ralph Kemper and Alice Nelle Dale Kemper.

Dale's career was in the American aircraft industry, working for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Boeing Corporation for over 50 years. He started his career as a draftsman then moving into engineering. As his career moved forward, he became a Facilities Manager. He held positions in Tulsa Oklahoma, Long Beach California, St Louis, Missouri and then finishing out his career for Boeing Corp. at the Apache Helicopter facility in Mesa, Arizona.

Dale attended the Church of Christ in Mesa, Arizona with his wife Gwen and his children.

Dale is survived by his children, daughter, Stephanie Kemper of Prospect Hill, NC, sons, Casey Kemper and wife Ashley, Prospect Hill, NC, Cody Kemper and wife Denise, Mesa, AZ. Dale is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, Danielle Hecktor Husband Jeremy, Marthasville, MO, Wayne Hackmann, Marthasville, MO, Jared Sanders wife Rachel, Wright City, MO, Brenton Kemper wife Christina Casa Grande, AZ, Paige Kemper, Surprise, AZ, Kaitlyn Kemper, Mesa, AZ, Abbiegale Kemper, Prospect Hill, NC, Nicolette West, Prospect Hill, NC, Savannah Kemper, Prospect Hill, NC. Zachary Kemper, Mesa, AZ, Tyler Kemper Mesa, AZ, Alex Kemper, Mesa, AZ, he is also survived by 13 great-grand child children, Caleb Kemper, Leland Kemper, Wyatt Kemper of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Andrew Hecktor, Dane Hecktor, Claire Hecktor, Emma Hecktor and Audrey Hackmann of Marthasville, MO, Cayson Sanders, Mintrel Sanders, Jillian Stewart Sanders of Wright City, MO, Jaelynn Kemper, Jordan Kemper of Casa Grande, AZ.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Nelle, brother Gene, daughter Jill, grandson Jonathan and his loving wife Gwendolynn Ann Looper Kemper who passed on July 16, 2006.

Viewing will be held in Pryor, Oklahoma at Stephens-Key Funeral Home on Friday June 13, 2025 from 2pm to 4 p.m. 1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361.

Graveside Services will be held in Pryor, Oklahoma at Graham Memorial cemetery on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. Highway 20 E, Pryor, Oklahoma 74361, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife.
