Jackie "Jack" David Hudgens, Jr

Jackie "Jack" David Hudgens, Jr., 63, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on August 30, 2025, at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. He was born on January 10, 1962, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to the late Jack David Hudgens, Sr. and Dorothy "Bobbie" Geneiva Wafer Hudgens.

Jack was raised in Corpus Christi and later made his home in Houston and Fort Worth. On July 2, 1998, he married Sharon Rene Hook in Bedford, Texas. Throughout his career, he worked with several cabinet companies in the Fort Worth area, where he put his skill and craftsmanship to good use.

Jack was affiliated with the Assembly of God Church and enjoyed woodworking and was especially proud of the bird feeders he built and shared with family and friends. He also loved spending time outdoors, whether golfing or fishing.

Jack will be remembered not only for his talents and love of life, but also for his deep respect for military service members and first responders, and for his compassion toward everyone around him.

Jack is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, Jason and wife Michelle, and Megan and husband Blaine; his sister, Debbie and husband Bill; his brother, Steve and wife Shay; his stepmother, Brenda; grandchildren, Marissa and Kurtis; nephew, Michael; and nieces, Harlie, Haylie, and Mindy. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
