Bennie Howard Eddington, 85, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Alliance Hospital in Madill.   

He was born on April 24, 1937, in Little City, Oklahoma to the late Arthur Benjamin Eddington and Francis Lucille Rice Eddington.  Bennie lived most of his life in the areas around Madill. He worked at Woods Grocery Store and Texoma Meat Company. Bennie loved to go hunting and fishing with his many friends and stayed active right up until his final days.
 

Bennie is survived by Children: Curtis Eddington, Huntsville, Texas. Grandchildren: Curt, Kris, Chance, and Chaise Ann Eddington. Great grandchildren: Charlotte, Alyssa, Orion, ad Masen Eddington. Great Great Grandchild: Kaiser Hernandez. Brothers: Rudy Eddington, Shelbyville, Texas; Tim Eddington and wife Teri, Shreveport, Louisiana. Sister: Phyllis Watson and husband Jerry, Hendersonville, Tennessee. Sister in-law: Sue Eddington, Gladewater, Texas. Best Friend: Geri Eddington, Cumberland, Oklahoma. Lots of cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces and other family will miss him.
 
Bennie was preceded in death by his parents, A.B. and Francis Eddington, son; Anthony Eddington, Brothers; Eddie Eddington, Jimmy Eddington and sister in-law; Judy Eddington.
