Graveside service for Lourene Jane Heinrichs Eck, 91, of Fairview will be 11:00 AM, Friday, November 20, 2020 at South Mennonite Brethren Cemetery, Fairview, Oklahoma. Pastor Travis Schmidt will officiate. Arrangements by the Fairview Funeral Home Inc.

Lourene Jane Heinrichs Eck was born December 18, 1928 in Fairview, OK to Jacob and Lydia Just LHeinrichs and departed this earth to her heavenly home on November 15, 2020 at the Fairview Fellowship Home. She accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and was a member at the Mennonite Brethren Church in Fairview, later attending the First Church of God in Okeene, OK. She attended Golden Valley School through the 8th grade and then attended Fairview High School. During this time, her mother became very ill, and she quit school to care for her parents until their deaths. Lourene also served many families in the community as a housekeeper. She married Henry R. Eck on September 27, 1986 in Fairview.

Surviving Lourene are her step-daughters, Gloria and Melvin Fast of Fairview, Kathy and Greg Switzer of Las Cruces, NM; step-grandchildren, Roger and Robin Fast of Fairview, Randall and Tolana Fast of Hillsboro, TX, Cassie and Kent Schlotthauer of Fairview, Kari and Kevin Roberts of Cherokee, OK, and Morgan and Marshall McGinley of Las Cruces, NM; 8 great-grandchildren; nieces Geraldine Warkentin and Loretta and Chris Pullman; nephews Glenn and Carol Suderman, Danny and Martha Suderman, and Richard and Judy Heinrichs.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Henry, her parents, and her siblings, Albert Heinrichs, Pauline Pauls, Leona Duerksen, and Lydia Heinrichs, 4 nieces and 3 nephews. Memorials may be made in her memory to the Fairview Fellowship Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Fellowship Home with the Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian.
