A graveside service for Edna M. Andrews, 95, will be at 2 PM Tuesday, in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, near Meno. Arrangements are by Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home.
She was born November 5, 1908, in Geary to Richard and Wilbemina Walbaum Cook and died Sunday, June 13, 2004, at Golden Oaks Nursing Home.
She attended school at Pampa, Texas, later graduating from Clayton high school in Clayton, New Mexico. She attended two years of college at Dodge City Community College, Dodge city, Kansas. On August 27, 1929, she married Glenn F. Andrews. She was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church at Pampa and retired from Pampa school system after 28 years as supervisor in the cafeteria.
Surviving are one daughter, LaWanna Kingcaid of Enid; one son, Gayle F. Of Denver; five grandchildren; and nine great – grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on January 9, 1991, two brothers and one sister.
