Graveside Services for Mary Jane (Stroud) Kliewer, age 69, will be Sunday, May 30, 2010 at the Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Mary Jane “Janie” Kliewer was born April 10, 1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jessie D. and Freda Hearon Stroud and died May 28, 2010 after tragic car accident.

Janie grew up in Oklahoma City and after high school she attended college, receiving her nursing certificate and becoming a licensed LPN. She lived in South Oklahoma City and worked at South Community Hospital. In 1969 Janie moved to Bradley with her children were she went to work at the Lindsay Hospital. She worked at Lindsay Hospital until 1979 when she moved to Fairview and worked at the Fairview Fellowship Home. After several years she went into private home health where she worked until she retired. She was a caring and loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her sons, Jim Gardenhire and wife Doris, Dwain Hammond and David Kliewer; daughters Vicki Yates and husband Terry and Paula Horath; one brother Ronnie Stroud; eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Beatrice, one brother Gerald and one grandson Donavan.
