Patricia Loyce Shaw Hicks

Memorial Service for Patricia Loyce (Shaw) Hicks will be on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 11 am, in the Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Pat Hicks passed away quietly, on March 9, 2026, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The youngest daughter of Kenneth and Opal (Stimson) Shaw, she was born October 23,1943 in Hoisington, Kansas. On August 11, 1959, Pat married her high school sweetheart, Benny Ray Hicks. The young couple made their home in Tryon and then Isabella before moving to the Chelsea area in 1993. Through the years, Pat worked as a waitress and at the Eastern State Hospital in Vinita. She is remembered for her outgoing and quick-witted banter with family and friends.

Those family members that survive include her grandchildren Victoria Hope "Tori" Pierce and Tanner James Robertson; her sister-in-law Marilyn Jane Steidley and husband Kenny of Foyil; her sister-in-law Reba Faye Shaw of Claremore; her nieces Rhonda Olson and Fran Shaw, and several great nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and husband, her two sons, Kenneth Wayne and Kerry Ray, her daughter Chandra Leigh Robertson, her brother, Delbert Ray and her sister Jessie Magdalene Turnham.
