FAIRVIEW - Funeral services for R. G. Brown, 84, who died Wednesday in a Fairview hospital after an extended illness, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel.
Athel Crowson, pastor of the Church of Christ will officiate. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, under the direction of the Ingram Funeral Home.
Brown was a retired Santa Fe Railroad engineer and had lived in the Fairview area since 1907. Survivors include a daughter, Miss Iva Brown of Carmen; one son, Ross Brown of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother , Ben Brown of Atlus, Okla.; and one stepson, Wendel Ward of Enid.
