Fairview Cemetery


Fairview – Graveside services for Ralph Lloyd Abbott, 85, will be at 3 PM Monday at Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Jeff Manuel will officiate. Arrangements are by the Fairview Funeral Home.

He was born November 21, 1908, in Fairview and died Thursday, July 14, 1994, at the McAlester Regional Hospital. He spent a number of years in California, where he developed real estate projects. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club of San Diego, California. He lived outside the Wilburton area off and on since the 1950's. He was a member of the Fairview Alumni Association.

Surviving are one son, Tony Abbott of San Diego; four daughters, Janet Sanchez of Ft. Worth, Texas, Mary Kay Abbott of San Diego, Karen Perkins of Escondido, California and Karla Boggs of Red Oak; a sister, Ruth Wahl of Akron, Colorado; nine grandchildren and three great – grandchildren.
