Graveside Services for Dolores Nightingale, 90, of Isabella, Oklahoma, will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 28, 2025 at the Cedar Cemetery, southeast of Fairview, Oklahoma. The Reverend Matt Levings will officiate. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Dolores Nightingale, age 90, passed away peacefully on February 23nd, 2025. Her life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering strength.

A lifelong native of northwest Oklahoma, Dolores held a deep affection for her adopted hometown of Isabella throughout her life. There, alongside her beloved husband, Earl, she created a loving home and raised four children, instilling in them the values of hard work, compassion, and family.

A pillar of her community, Dolores was known for her boundless generosity. She was always the first to help those in need, her kindness illuminating the lives of all who knew her.

Dolores possessed a quiet strength and resilience, facing life's challenges with grace, determination, and an enduring sense of humor and faith. She was a source of comfort and wisdom, a steadfast presence for her family. Her love was a constant, shaping the lives of those around her. She found joy in simple pleasures, cherishing moments spent with loved ones.

Her memory will be forever cherished. Her infectious smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted son, Joe Nightingale; her cherished grandchildren, Larry Nightingale, Stacie McCartney, Michael Nightingale, April Momanyi, Renae Nightingale, Kaycie Hardin, Grant and Jeffrey Schmidt; numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Nightingale; sons, Eugene and Jack Nightingale; daughter, Trudy Schmidt; and daughter-in-law, Dawn Anna Nightingale.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Cemetery with Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. acting as custodian.
