Ames Cemetery


A graveside service for Tennis W. Musick, 74, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ames Cemetery. Tony Crispo will officiate. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.

He was born Nov. 17, 1931, in Logan, W. Va., to William and Mary Atkins Musick and died Friday, Feb. 24, 2006, at Northwest Specialty Hospital.

He worked in the coal mines of West Virginia and Kentucky. He came to Enid in 1957, where he worked at Gold Spot Dairy then Northwest Demolition. He was employed at Seedorf Construction. He married Loretta Ballard April 3, 1968, in Crescent.

Surviving are his wife, Loretta of the home; two sons, Dustin Shane Musick of Enid and Gary Carriger of Waterford, Mich.; one sister, Evelyn Cassady of Inez, Ky.; two brothers, Herb Musick of Inez and James Musick of Palmdale, Calif.; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, heart division.
