July 12, 1960 - April 06, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Darrell Leslie Jantz announces his sudden passing on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the age of 57 years. Darrell will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 39 years, Kimberly and his children, Jeffrey (Megan) Jantz, Michelle (Michael) Rundle, Lauren (Tyler) Norcom, Caitlin Jantz, Morgan (Chris) Kuykendall and Logan Jantz. Darrell will also be fondly remembered by his six grandchildren, Mason, Camberly, Keaton, Ella, Case and Everett, by his mother Clara, by his siblings Sharon, Paula, Michael and Alan, and by his brother-in-law Scot (Lynn) Gregory. Darrell was predeceased by his children Gregory and Lesli and father Paul.

Darrell started a mechanics shop in 1985 and farmed thereafter. He worked incredibly long days and weekends to provide for his family. He also loved working alongside his children Jeff, Michelle, and Logan. He served multiple terms on the CO-OP board and was extensively involved with the Oklahoma Hemophilia Foundation. He attended the Ames Christian Church.

Darrell was the foundation and strength of his family, always smiling through milestones, the weddings, the births of his children, and the births of his grandkids. But more importantly he provided the perseverance for his family to survive the tragedy of the losses. He was always a man with a smile and was loved by so many, not just his own children but his children's friends and his neighbors and the list goes on. He loved to talk, to joke, and he absolutely loved to dote on his children. Anyone could speak with Darrell and recognize how deeply involved he was with his family. He could tell you the smallest of details, even how high of a fever his grandkid had the night before. His family grieves the loss of his smile and the loss of his strength, but also has the hope that his attributes will continue on through his children and carry the family through this loss.

Family visitation will be Monday evening 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Ladusau-Evans in Enid. A funeral service in memory of Darrell will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ames Christian Church with Rev. Sherry Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in the family plot at Ames Cemetery.

Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Darrell to the Oklahoma Hemophilia Foundation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.

Condolences may be made online and the service may be viewed online at www.ladusauevans.com .

February 19, 1959 - December 23, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Kimberly Sue Jantz announces her sudden passing on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at the age of 59.

Kimberly will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jeffrey (Megan) Jantz, Michelle (Michael) Rundle, Lauren (Tyler) Norcom, Caitlin Jantz, Morgan (Chris) Kuykendall and Logan Jantz.

Kimberly is also fondly remembered by her six grandchildren, Mason, Camberly, Keaton, Ella, Case and Everett; her brother Scot (Lynn) Gregory; her parents Rex (Pat) Gregory.

Kimberly was predeceased by her husband Darrell and children Gregory and Lesli.

Kimberly started a family with Darrell in 1979, and became a full-time stay-at-home mom. She served diligently at the Oklahoma Hemophilia Foundation, even serving on the board, in an effort to reach out to other families afflicted with hemophilia.

She attended the Ames Christian Church since childhood and served in several positions throughout the years. She also served as a supporter for compassionate friends, a grief group centered on the loss of children.

Kimberly built a life together with Darrell that proved to be difficult early on with the loss of their daughter, followed by the loss of their son. Kimberly and Darrell persevered and continued to rebuild their family but never forgot their lost children.

Kimberly went on to enjoy participating in community events and her children's activities. Much of her life was spent in a car driving, not just one child to an activity, but multiple activities in a single day, all the while with a screaming baby in the back seat.

It's hard enough to imagine the dedication and time to raise six kids, it's absolutely amazing to have accomplished this feat with basketball, track, dance, gymnastics,4-H, and FFA. She was very proud of being "Mema" to six beautiful grandchildren; she would brag on them to anyone who would listen.

Kim was a woman of many talents; she loved decorating, gardening, and trying new recipes, especially if it was pioneer woman. Her family grieves the loss of her presence, but also has the comfort of knowing she is now hand in hand with her husband and two children.

The Celebration of Kimberly's life is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Ames Christian Church with the Reverend Sherry Shaw officiating.

The family will lay Kimberly to rest privately in the Ames Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Those who so desire may make donations in memory of Kimberly to the Ames Cemetery, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds, 2800 N. Van Buren, Enid, OK 73703.

Condolences may be made and services viewed online at www.LadusauEvans.com.
